A seminar, based on the National Curriculum, on Molecular Biology was conducted by the Jaffna Entomological Society (JES) on the request of the Principal, Mr. P. Vasanthan , J/Kokkuvil Hindu College.

The event was held on 12th September 2025, from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., at the Department of Zoology, University of Jaffna. The beneficiaries of this programme were A/L students ( 2025)  and a total of 13 students actively participated

The seminar was inaugurated by Professor (Mrs) R. Gnaneswaran and   Dr. S. Arthiyan  served  as resource person.

The Jaffna Entomological Society expressed its deep gratitude to the Head, Department of Zoology, University of Jaffna, for granting permission and extending full support in facilitating the above two programme on the same day ( 12.09.2025)
